Frequently asked questions

  • Video will automatically begin uploading once the camera is turned on and connected to WiFi. For 2 hours of film, it usually takes a few hours to upload depending on your connection.

    If you do not rent the Video Library/Analytics package with your camera rental, you will be sent a link to view your match in the Veo player, and you will also be sent a dropbox link of the film to download.

    If you do rent the Video/Library package with your camera rental, you will be sent an invite to create an account upon your pick up of the camera. Once your account is created, you can also invite players on your team to join. The game will be uploaded to your team’s account, and can be downloaded directly from the Veo hub if you wish. Your video and team access will be available as long as you have rented access.

  • Yes, we sure do. For quotes on rentals longer than 1 week, or to reserve a camera for all games of your season please contact us at gamefilmcolorado@gmail.com

    We also offer a discount for the Video Library/Analytics pass rented for 1 month or longer.

  • Yes, the game can be shared to your team’s profile and imported to that account.

  • We are currently offering rentals for our Veo 2 camera only. 

  • We currently do not offer any livestreaming services, however we plan to in the future.
