Cancellations

- If your reservation is canceled prior to 12 hours before your pick-up time, you will receive a full refund.

- If your reservation is canceled within 12 hours of pick up you will receive a 50% refund, or a 100% credit towards another rental date.

- If you have picked up the camera, but were unable to film due to weather, or logistical issues, you will not be given a refund, but you will receive a credit to use the camera on a later date.

Security deposit

There is a $100 security deposit associated with all of our camera rentals. Your deposit will be returned after an inspection of the equipment, no later than 48 hours after it’s returned.

If the camera is damaged during your rental time and needs repairs, we will contact Veo customer service for a quote, and deduct that number from the amount of the deposit to be refunded. Please note in the case of major repairs, or replacement, the deposit may be fully withheld.
